1. Authorization to Access Credit Information
You expressly authorize Clever Kit Pro (“CKP”) to access, obtain, and review your consumer credit reports and related credit data from third-party credit-reporting agencies, credit-monitoring services (including SmartCredit and other integrated partners), or other data providers for the purpose of providing automated credit-dispute generation, progress tracking, and credit-education services.
This authorization includes—but is not limited to—retrieving and reviewing credit report data, tradelines, inquiries, payment history, public records, and other credit-related information as necessary to provide CKP’s services.
2. Consent to Data Sharing & Use
By submitting your information or connecting a third-party credit-monitoring account, you consent to the secure electronic transmission, receipt, and storage of your credit data.
Clever Kit Pro will use your credit information solely to perform the services you request—such as generating dispute letters, analyzing reports, tracking deletions, or providing credit insights through the platform.
Your data will not be sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized third parties, and will only be used in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Automation
Clever Kit Pro utilizes AI-assisted systems and automated tools to analyze credit data, identify potential reporting inaccuracies, and generate customized dispute letters and consumer-law references.
These AI tools may detect patterns, inconsistencies, or legal citation opportunities based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Metro 2 reporting standards, and other public consumer-protection frameworks.
AI outputs are generated to assist you in understanding and addressing credit-report items. All materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and are subject to your final review before submission to any credit bureau, creditor, or data furnisher.
CKP’s AI systems do not make credit or lending decisions, issue legal opinions, or act as a substitute for legal advice. You maintain full responsibility for reviewing and approving all dispute communications generated through the platform.
4. Data Security & Protection
Clever Kit Pro stores, transmits, and processes your credit information using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS), secure server environments, and limited-access data controls.
Access to your personal information is restricted to authorized personnel and systems required to perform the services described.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
5. User Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily providing CKP access to your credit data through third-party integrations (such as SmartCredit). To use Clever Kit Pro’s automated credit analysis and dispute features, you’ll need to connect an active SmartCredit® account.
SmartCredit provides the credit data we use to generate your dispute letters, track deletions, and monitor updates across all three major credit bureaus.
When you sign up, SmartCredit offers a $1 trial for 7 days. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at $34.95 per month, billed directly by SmartCredit.
You may cancel your SmartCredit subscription at any time through your SmartCredit dashboard.
Clever Kit Pro does not charge or control this subscription — it is billed separately by SmartCredit.
We only use your SmartCredit data (with your permission) to power your automated dispute generation, credit tracking, and analysis within the Clever Kit Pro platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your personal and account information and understand that CKP relies on the accuracy of data provided by you and those third-party services.
You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting your account and providing written notice to Clever Kit Pro.
6. Scope of Service & No Legal Advice Disclaimer
Clever Kit Pro provides automated dispute drafting, credit education, and progress-tracking services designed to assist users in managing their credit reports.
We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not represent you in any legal, administrative, or arbitration proceeding.
All dispute letters and communications generated through the CKP platform are created using AI templates and consumer-law references. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, signing, and submitting any materials produced.
7. Accuracy of Information
Clever Kit Pro is not liable for any errors or outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by you, your connected monitoring service, or other data providers.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information used in your disputes is current and correct.
8. Revocation, Account Termination & Data Retention
You may revoke this authorization or terminate your CKP account at any time.
Upon revocation, CKP will discontinue accessing your credit data.
9. Electronic Communications
By using Clever Kit Pro, you consent to receive all disclosures, notifications, and communications electronically.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clever Kit LLC, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform—including but not limited to credit-score fluctuations, credit denials, data inaccuracies, or delays in dispute responses from third parties.
11. Compliance with Consumer-Protection Laws
Clever Kit Pro operates in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and other applicable federal and state consumer-protection regulations.
We do not file identity-theft reports, impersonate consumers, or submit disputes to bureaus without user consent.
12. Modifications to Terms
Clever Kit Pro reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the website or platform, and continued use of CKP constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
13. AI Transparency & Human Oversight
Clever Kit Pro incorporates human oversight in all AI-assisted processes.
While our AI models help generate customized dispute language and credit-analysis summaries, all final outputs are either reviewed by the user or by trained team members before being used in any formal correspondence.
This ensures accuracy, compliance, and accountability throughout every stage of your credit-repair journey.
14. Acknowledgment
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Clever Kit Pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this User Authorization and Terms of Use—including the disclosure regarding AI-assisted technologies.
